 The Digital Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Account Management Creative PM, Digital teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns and projects. This role is project management-heavy, requiring expertise in workflow coordination, timeline management and process optimization to drive efficiency and quality across digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office attendance in our New York City office. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution + Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. + Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Utilize Monday.com to manage project workflows, assignments, and reporting. + Schedule project kickoffs, manage expectations, and oversee execution from inception to delivery. + Ensure quality control of all deliverables before submission to internal teams and clients. + Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects. Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership + Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, including vendor partners, creative, and developers. + Facilitate clear and proactive communication between departments to ensure alignment. + Manage and lead internal project status meetings, ensuring accountability and transparency. + Work closely with Account and Strategy teams to ensure campaign details and project requirements are clearly defined before execution – inclusive of brief creation. + Monitor resource allocation and workload distribution to maintain efficiency. + Support/collaboration with various teams on contact report creation and client status documents. + Drive process improvements and establish standardized workflows for better project execution. + Digital Team Resource Allocation and Management Platform & Process Management + Maintain and optimize project tracking/status and reporting within Monday.com. + Assign ownership of digital tasks and monitor deadlines rigorously. + Develop and manage project dashboards for tracking key milestones and deliverables. + Create and maintain documentation, including risk logs, requirement specifications, and launch checklists. + Ensure adherence to internal processes and best practices across all projects. Digital & Website Oversight + Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and web platforms. + Ensure alignment between social media, search, and analytics teams before campaign execution (objectives/goals, UTMs, naming conventions, geos, POs, creative, copy, etc.). + Review and approve preview links for quality control before sending them for client approval. + Coordinate website development projects, including kickoff calls, analytics requests, and production schedules. Risk & Issue Management + Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions. + Communicate delays or scope changes to relevant stakeholders immediately. + Ensure all client and internal requests are addressed within required timeframes. + Establish risk management processes to prevent workflow disruptions. Requirements + 3-5 years of experience in Digital Project Management within the Media Services industry. + Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across departments. + Proficiency in Monday.com and Google Suite for project tracking and collaboration. + Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. + Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset and a strong sense of accountability. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
