ONLINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS HELPER FOR CHINESE TAKE-OUT RESTAURANT

PLEASE BE ABLE TO SPEAK CHINESE AND ENGLISH.
You will be setting up and handling any Online Delivery Orders coming from Uber Eats, Door Dash, GrubHub, Credit Card, Debit Card and/or POS System for a 42 year-old, established and extremely busy, Chinese Take-Out Restaurant. For In-Store Credit Card Orders, you will handle and operate the point-of-sale system. Plenty Opportunity for growth, also for sale/purchase of the restaurant once the owner retires(soon). In the meantime, you will play a key role in spotting opportunities to help grow our business through great service, upselling products and good customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Pay attention to all of the Online Delivery Systems. Handle any Online Delivery Orders OR any In-Store Debit Card Orders. Handle all Digital Credit Cards Orders. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Keep the counter and customer area clean, organized, and welcoming. Answer phones and assist customers with menu questions or special requests. If you help make our business grow, your pay will also grow. Principals only.
