Delivery Driver Hippity Hop Bounce 5880 Seneca St, Elma, NY 14059 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be crucial in ensuring the timely and safe delivery and pickup of our party rental equipment to and from event locations. This position requires excellent driving skills and attention to detail. We also require excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload equipment carefully and securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transport. Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during the route. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving products and organizing inventory. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50-75 lbs on occasion) and work in various weather conditions. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is advantageous. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.
