Ford Service Pickup & Delivery Driver DeLacy Ford 3061 Transit Road, Elma, NY 14059 DeLacy Ford is looking for a Valet Service Driver/Service Porter to provide our customers with exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Job tasks include greeting arriving customers in the Service Lane to manage vehicle flow, and picking up or re-delivering customer vehiclesto their homes or place of business. Duties include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Tags vehicle and keys upon arrival in the service lane; makes not of current mileage, license plate number, and notes any warning or engine lights, NYSI expiration dates, etc
• Performing wheel alignment, battery and tire pressure checks in lane, promptly delivering results to Service Advisors.
• Parking vehicles and maintaining a smooth lane flow and a clean, welcoming Service Drive. Ensures cleanliness and deliverability of any vehicle they touch, reporting potential concerns to advisor and/or Management staff immediately
• Keeps customer lounge and service drive neat and updating merchandising and displays as needed
• Utilizing RedCap Mobile Software to manage the pickup and delivery service, shuttle service and courtesy vehicles. This ncludes photographing vehicles, notating mileage or relevant vehicle details and navigating to and from each location.
• Manages their time effectively and arrives promptly and professionally for scheduled pickups.
• Clearly and concisely relates any important information or concerns shared between the customer and the Service Department.
• Prepares and completes Courtesy Vehicle Agreements for customers prior to arrival, obtaining required documents, explaining customer responsibilities and due dates
• Confirms scheduled pickups, maintains route lists and organizes schedule for drivers
• Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees
• Identifies ways to improve operations and customer service
• Maintains an awareness of, and complies with, safety regulations ,and hazardous waste disposal

• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with a minimum of 4 years licensed driving
• Comfortable working in with mobile phone apps, taking photos and using turn by turn navigation to complete each experience properly.
