Delivery Associate Doorstep Parcel Solution LLC 120 Benson Place, Frankfort, NY 13340 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting parcels to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle up to 50lbs and operate delivery vehicles effectively. Duties Safely operate delivery vans, including box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload parcels Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries, ensuring all packages are delivered in excellent condition. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery options through the delivery application. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition before and after each shift. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day. Experience in route driving and familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliveries. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
