Part-Time Delivery Driver – Frozen Açaí (Reefer Van) IBF International Brooklyn, NY Job Overview As our Part-Time Delivery Driver , you will be responsible for transporting frozen açaí products in a refrigerated (reefer) van to our customers, primarily juice bars and restaurants. This position requires a commitment to timely deliveries while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of all goods. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with route driving, warehouse operations, and moving logistics is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience using delivery-related tools such as pallet jacks or forklifts is beneficial.
