Delivery Driver Compensation:

$17/hr starting pay Weekly pay via direct deposit

Delivery Driver Shift Information:

Starting time 7:30 AM Monday-Friday

NO WEEKENDS!

Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Overtime hours as needed

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, your job is to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Manage all deliveries to commercial accounts from store location Pick up and deliver parts to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors Follow strict safety standards on and off the road Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills Have a positive can-do attitude Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with customers and the general public Collect account payments and match them with the respective invoices Obtain customers’ signatures on each delivery Maintain an accurate daily log of deliveries and pick-ups Coordinate last-minute pick-ups or deliveries with the store manager Verify parts being delivered with the cashier and ensure invoice matches purchase order for pick-ups Assist with tasks in the warehouse when not on delivery duty, including stocking items

Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety Have a valid driver’s license Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle (you do not need to provide your own vehicle) Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions Demonstrate strong communication skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers.
