Part-time Driver We are looking for a Driver to join our family-owned Italian grocery and help us deliver our customers’ favorite food products straight to their door. If you’re interested, we would love to hear from you!

) The Driver contributes to the company’s operation and success by maintaining the safe and efficient transport and delivery of catered orders from customers. Attributes that contribute to success in this role include being a safe, competent driver, being able to maintain concentration at all times, and being capable of moving packages safely and with care. The Driver’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring goods are transported safely and at proper temperatures by utilizing appropriate containers, coolers, and bags. Adhering to delivery schedule and completing deliveries safely and efficiently. Unloading goods from vehicles and assisting customers with placement of order in desired area (doorstep, kitchen, party area, etc.). Driving in a safe manner and following all rules of the road. Reviewing delivery orders to verify all items are loaded for delivery. Logging delivery progress and completion and reporting any discrepancies, issues, delays, or other problems to the Department Manager. Ensuring vehicle is in proper working condition according to DMV guidelines. The Driver’s part-time work hours vary and will consist of day and evening shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The ideal candidate for the Driver position: Has previous experience as a driver. Is punctual, reliable, and can adhere to a regularly assigned work schedule. Follows procedures thoroughly.
