⚐ ⚑ ⚑ 2 Delivery Drivers Needed $170/Day (Stamford, CT) compensation: $170/day employment type: job title: Delivery Driver Company seeks an experienced and responsible 26 ft box truck driver for consistent delivery work 5-6 days per week. License must be SQUEAKY clean and driver MUST have a DOT medical card. The deliveries are local to the Stamford, CT area. Driver is home nightly. Shift starts at 2pm and ends around 10:00pm, sometimes earlier. Pay is $170 per day. Not off the books. 1099 Contracted Driver Driver will need clean Motor Vehicle Record and updated medical card.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a box truck to transport goods to customers
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Load and unload cargo using lift gate/sometimes dock
• Verify the

ACCURACY

of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving commercial vehicles, such as vans or box trucks, preferred
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Principals only.
