Delivery Helper Duncan’s Trucking LLC Coraopolis, PA 15108 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the efficient delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring that each delivery is made on time and in excellent condition. As a Delivery Helper, you will work closely with the delivery driver, contributing to a positive customer experience through effective communication and teamwork. Duties Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle. Ensure that all items are securely packed and organized for transport. Help navigate delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled timelines. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Operate dolly’s when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Skills Experience as a delivery helper or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift up to 150 pounds with a partner. Familiarity with operating a lift gate is preferred but applicant can be trained. Workload; 6:15am until route is finished. 80% retail deliveries, 20% home deliveries some home deliveries require installment.
