Job Description
Part-Time Custodian/Van Driver 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 5785 Saltsburg Road, Verona, PA 15147 We are seeking a part-time Custodian/Van Driver at Emerald Hills Retirement Residence. Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed Drive company van on weekly outings to local stores and shops Assist passengers in boarding and exiting company van Treat residents in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Qualifications:
Must have valid PA Drivers License Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach
