Job Description
Part Time Hotel Shuttle Driver Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ridley Park, PA 155 S Stewart Ave, Ridley Park, PA 19078 Hello! Come and join our team! Our Shuttle Drivers assist guests with transportation, Luggage Assistance, and coordinates guests’ needs, requests, and inquiries to ensure outstanding service and value for our guests.–ALERT(This is not only driving. You will also be doing routine building upkeep duties and laundry during down time when there are no active runs.) Schedule can change on a weekly basis. Weekends Required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains guest service Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service in responding promptly to guests’ needs Committed to making every guest is satisfied Meets or exceeds guest satisfaction measures Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service Shuttle Driver/Valet Operations Attendants carry luggage for hotel guests. Escort incoming guests to the Front Desk Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel and points of interest. Assist guests with special needs. Deliver items and messages for guests. Handle guest requests. Cleaning and maintenance of common areas is a requirement. Assisting in the laundry area during downtime is a requirement. Provide area maps, brochures and other literature. Provide information on facilities, services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules. Obey all driving rules and regulations; i.e. speed limits, etc. Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of hotel shuttle Report any issues to management Log mileage and daily runs in the Shuttle Log Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working. Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Other duties as required

EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees Ability to effectively communicate with employees, guests and supervisors for optimum operation of the property

Valid State Drivers License
