Requirements:
- Certifications and trainings would be conducted on site and valid PA driver’s license is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing a restaurant is preferred. The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen/physical. PDE FBI Fingerprints, PA Childline and PA Criminal clearances are required.

Job Summary:
- As an extension of the Culinary Arts and Workforce Development Programs, this position is responsible for the coordination of:
- Food truck preparation and events
- Student management and training
- Operations such as stocking, cooking, cleaning, and managing aspects of the food truck.

- Flexible hours and weekends is needed.
