In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to navigate efficiently through assigned routes. Responsibilities Operate a box truck or van to deliver products to designated locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Load and unload goods using a pallet jack or manual handling techniques. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service during each interaction. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or in route driving is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and best practices. Ability to operate a box truck or van safely and efficiently. Experience using a pallet jack for loading and unloading goods is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining delivery records.
