Job Summary:

We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team at Unique Creations. This role involves safely delivering floral arrangements, plants, and gift items to customers’ locations while providing excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle for delivering, and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently transport floral arrangements, plants, and gift items to customers’ homes, offices, and event venues. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, following designated routes and schedules. Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients, presenting deliveries with care, and addressing any questions or concerns. Assist with loading and unloading floral arrangements, plants, and supplies from the delivery vehicle. Communicate effectively with office staff and management regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback. Represent the florist shop in a professional manner, maintaining a positive image and fostering customer satisfaction. Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery or courier services preferred. Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods, with the ability to navigate efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including floral arrangements and plants. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering orders accurately and on time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.
