• Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-issued delivery vehicle to deliver packages to specified locations.
• Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products while preserving their condition upon arrival.
• Efficiently load and unload packages.
• Strategically plan and follow the most effective routes for on-time deliveries, strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Confirm the accuracy of packages and maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating during every interaction.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Immediately report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to your supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety protocols.
• Represent our organization positively at all times, upholding a professional image.

• Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Have or obtain a DOT physical (FedEx will pay the cost of this). No Felony or Misdemeanor is accepted
• Experience in courier services is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Capability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs, including bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery truck to the front door or designated delivery point.

• Competitive Pay:

  $160 per day

• Sign on bonus of $300 if you don’t miss any days for your first 90 days and maintain proper service.
• PTO after 90 Days, Safety Bonus, per stop Threshold bonus.
• Weekly Pay on Friday

• Work Schedule:

  Current needs are: Friday

• Tuesday Residential Route and Monday-Friday Business Route
• Start time: 8:30 AM
• Typical stop count 120-150 (Thresholds after 110-120 depending on route type) We strongly encourage military and veteran applicants to apply.
