X Speed Logistics is a family-owned and locally operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Orange County, CA. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring that every Amazon order is delivered safely, on time, and with a smile.

What You’ll Do:

Safely load and deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses Navigate routes using GPS and follow company safety standards Walk, climb stairs, and drive in various weather conditions Work 4-5 days a week, up to 10 hours per shift Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and coworkers Think critically to solve delivery challenges on the go Use a handheld device to scan packages and log deliveries

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work throughout your shift Able to climb in and out of a utility vehicle 200+ times a day Ability to read and speak English for safety purposes Consent to a pre-employment drug screening Comfortable driving and working in varying traffic and weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills What Is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)? DSPs are independent businesses contracted by Amazon to deliver packages to customers. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll work directly for X Speed Logistics, a DSP operating out of a local Amazon delivery station.
