Delivery Driver Perenn Bakery 2934 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 Transparent Hospitality’s mission is to create a gathering place that intentionally empowers education, care, and sustainability through the sharing of thoughtfully crafted food. Perenn Bakery is Coming to Franklin + Nashville Tennessee! Our Franklin location, situated in the historic Boat House building at 94 E. Main Street, is scheduled to open its doors in mid-May. Our Nashville location, which will be our retail and pastry, bread production kitchen at 2934 Sidco Road Suite 130, Nashville, TN is scheduled in mid-May as well! We are currently making offers to candidates and expecting training to start May 19th! Schedule 5:45AM-2:15PM (subject to change) What to Expect as a Delivery Driver Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pick-up route for the day Load delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery Deliver items to correct addresses Pick up items along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made Ensure that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to owners Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed- emptying trash cans, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, dusting and sanitizing surfaces, replenishing paper products like paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper Performs other related duties as assigned About You Ability to drive safely Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to plan delivery routes Ability to maintain basic logs and records Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision Able to remain professional and courteous at all times Hospitality is at the heart of everything Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Transparent Hospitality is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
