Job Description:

As a delivery driver and compost collector, you will navigate a company-owned sprinter van or 24 ft stake-bed truck on a predefined route to collect compostable materials from our customer’s homes and businesses. At each stop, we replace the customer’s compost bin with a clean empty bin, weigh the material, and log this data in our software. At the end of the day, you are responsible for helping to unload your vehicle and prepare it for the next work day. You’ll be responsible for the following: Managing/driving your route safely and efficiently, guided by custom software on company smartphones Collecting and weighing customer compost and replacing their bin(s) with clean, empty bin(s) Delivering finished compost, compostable products and merchandise Communicating effectively to give our customers the great service they’ve come to rely on

Requirements:

21 years or older Clean driving record Pass a background check Eligible to work in the United States Driving experience (route driving preferred) Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to climb stairs Punctuality Comfortable working independently Committed to detail and safety Willingness to work in all weather conditions Smartphone with internet access Even if you do not meet all of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
