Essential Job Functions :

Drive to and from kitchen to different local food-truck gigs Assist in food preparation and cooking Take customer orders and process payments using Square POS System Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and fun working environment Preferred (not required) Experience Previous experience in customer service or the food industry Basic math skills for handling different forms of payment for orders Ability to handle a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of culinary techniques. Food prep is a plus Can maintain a positive fun to work with attitude! Compensation and Perks $18-$20/hr + TIPS Free Meal Per Shift Great working environment! Working Conditions Must be okay with lifting over 10+lbs and dealing with hot ovens, stoves and burners and other dangerous kitchen equipment
