Parts Warehouse / Delivery Essential Duties and Responsibilities, and Physical demands may include the following : Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parts to designated locations. Safely operate a forklift for unloading delivery trucks and stocking inventory Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory using Microsoft Excel and Access. Collaborate with service and parts staff to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling materials.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with customers, vendors and all levels of an organization is preferred. Ability to utilize desktop computer systems, hardware and operating systems (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, Internet Navigation, 10-key touch, Minimum 40 WPM). Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in air conditioned office, outside, in service truck, and workshop. Requires occasional bending, stooping, lifting and carrying. Reaching or handling with arms, hands and fingers. Manual dexterity
