Delivery Driver

• Alternate Vehicle Program Golden Eagle Trucking Ooltewah, TN 37363 Overview We are looking for seasonal delivery drivers for the Federal Express Alternate Vehicle Program.

The Alternate Vehicle Program (AVP) is for candidates to use their personal vehicle to make deliveries for our contracted service area. Candidates will train with our current drivers in potential areas before they are dispatched on their own. Training pay will be $16 per hour. Once a candidate is on their own, pay will be $20 per hour plus an additional $6 per hour for fuel and use of the vehicle. Our current routes are in Rome, GA. Candidates will come to our terminal located in Ooltewah, TN to load up and dispatch. Duties

• Load and unload items from the vehicle
• Deliver packages to correct addresses
• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions Requirements
• Candidates vehicles must be 10 years old or newer (no cargo vans)
• Must possess current registration and insurance
• Tennessee residents must possess a F Endorsement on their drivers license
• Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with minimal moving violations or accidents in the last 12 months
• Candidates must be the age of 21 or older
