Position Summary:

We are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our Appliance Delivery & Installation team. Whether you’re an experienced installer or someone who’s eager to learn, we offer training and the opportunity to grow with us. You’ll be the face of Gaddy’s Transport—delivering appliances with care, professionalism, and a smile.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic appliance installations with the opportunity to learn custom installs (training provided). Safely and accurately deliver and install household appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, and more. Ensure all appliances are damage-free, installed according to manufacturer specifications, and functioning properly. Provide “white glove” customer service on every job site, treating every home and customer with respect and professionalism. Interact courteously with homeowners, builders, designers, and on-site clients. Participate in company-paid training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices.

For drivers:

fulfill delivery and transportation duties safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in appliance delivery and installation preferred, but not required. Valid state-issued driver’s license required (CDL not required). Must be at least 21 years old. Possess or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Ability to frequently lift 70+ lbs and occasionally lift 90+ lbs, with the help of professional equipment (stair climbers, oven lifts, air sleds, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, installation instructions, and procedure manuals.
