You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items, such as fresh flower/plant arrangements to different addresses (both residential and commercial) and through different routes in the Knox and surrounding counties using company-provided vehicle Manage time effectively by following designated routes and time schedules Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle, and assist in the upkeep of required scheduled maintenance of vehicles by notifying management Assist shop/design staff with general labor duties that include, but are not limited to, trash removal, sweeping, cleaning, etc. and light handyman duties Participate in the delivery, setup and installation of outdoor containers, fountains and statuary (if needed) Occasionally assist design staff with seasonal holiday decorating (outdoors and indoors); ladder work may be required Conduct yourself as a professional by maintaining a clean, professional appearance and polite manner with staff and customers Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes) Have an excellent work ethic Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred Valid TN driver’s license Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations; must provide a copy of your TN Motor Vehicle report High school diploma, or equivalent Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs Must work comfortably on a ladder
