• 1″}•Job Summary•We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting furniture to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality service.

• Duties
• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service during each interaction
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs and customer signatures
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods
• Handle manual transmission vehicles when required, demonstrating proficiency in driving skills.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Experience operating box trucks or vans; familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial, including experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification may be required based on vehicle type. We will provide CDL licensing courses
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
