Delivery Driver Position Available In Rutherford, Tennessee

Express Employment on Elm Hill Pike is seeking a reliable and responsible Class F Driver with a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) health card to join our team. As a Class F Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, typically buses or smaller passenger-carrying vehicles, to transport passengers to their destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class F vehicles in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Transport passengers to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, reporting any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and passenger counts. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, securing belongings, and answering inquiries. Adhere to DOT regulations, including but not limited to hours of service, rest breaks, and health card requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes. Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and responsibly. Uphold a positive and professional image, both in appearance and conduct.

Requirements:

Valid Class F driver’s license. DOT health card. Clean driving record. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical fitness to perform job duties, including assisting passengers with disabilities. Punctuality and reliability.
