Responsibilities:
Delivery:
Accurately and promptly deliver packages to customers’ addresses, following Flipkart’s delivery standards.
Navigation:
Utilize navigation tools to efficiently reach delivery locations.
Cash Handling:
Securely handle cash-on-delivery transactions, collecting payments as required.
Order Verification:
Verify delivery details and address accuracy to prevent errors.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and report any issues.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues related to deliveries.
Safety Compliance:
