Summary We are seeking enthusiastic Food Truck Staff to join our team at Tops Bar-B-Q Inc. This role is essential in delivering our award-winning barbecue and fast burgers to our customers in a mobile setting. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to Tops Bar-B-Q standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the food truck. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage Previous experience in the food industry preferred, especially in fast-paced environments. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems effectively. Team player with good communication skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
