We are seeking a Compliance Driver for compliance review and customer service to work in the Nashville, TN area. Applicant must be an outgoing individual with a positive attitude. Must be highly motivated, organized and exceptionally detail-oriented. Must have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle. Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for noting violations for homeowners’ associations Review common areas for repairs. Provide reports written and app driven reports. Operate a I-pad review and taking pictures. Inspect neighborhoods weekly.
