Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Cannabis Sales & Delivery Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing B2B sales relationships with licensed dispensaries, processors, and/or distribution partners within your territory. You’ll also ensure timely, compliant delivery of cannabis products and maintain strong customer service with each client. This is a hybrid role combining outbound sales, relationship management, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Relationship Management Manage and grow a portfolio of dispensary and retail clients. Present and promote product lines (e.g., flower, concentrates, pre-rolls, edibles, etc.) to potential buyers. Build long-term relationships through regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Provide educational support to retail staff about product offerings and features. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Order Fulfillment & Delivery Coordinate and execute deliveries of cannabis products in compliance with all state/local regulations. Verify delivery documentation, manifests, and product accuracy before drop-offs. Maintain detailed delivery logs and client receipts for tracking and compliance. Handle deliveries with discretion, professionalism, and punctuality. Must have your own vehicle, and a clean driving record. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all activity is in strict compliance with applicable cannabis regulations. Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer communications, and delivery logs. Report client feedback, sales trends, and inventory needs to management regularly.
Requirements:
Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check per state cannabis regulations. Proven experience in sales, account management, or route delivery —ideally in cannabis, CBD, or beverage/alcohol industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Comfort with CRM tools, delivery software, and basic tech platforms. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on the road for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with cannabis retailers or within a licensed cannabis supply chain. Familiarity with CCB rules and regulations Knowledge of cannabis products, categories, and customer profiles. Previous route sales or delivery driving experience in a regulated industry.
