Job Description
Fishing Charter Captain Marco Fishing Company 750 Palm Point Drive, Goodland, FL 34140
Responsibilities:
- Rig, manage, and operate the vessel in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols
- Oversee the navigation and maneuvering of the vessel
- Maintain cleanliness of the vessel
- Monitor weather conditions and make decisions accordingly
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Captain’s license or certification. (6 pack or better)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of navigating fishing Marco, Goodland, and 10k islands.
- Understanding of Florida Fish & Wildlife Regulations
- Ability to run two 4 hour trips per day
