⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Boat Hand/Baitshop Staff – Starts at $16+/hr (Dunnellon) The Blue Gator 12189 S Williams St compensation: Competitive Pay/DOE employment type: job title: Boat Hand/Baitshop Staff Hiring Boat Hand/Bait Shop Attendant The bait shop hours are from 7am-6pm every day. Exact schedule and hours can be discussed at the interview. Pay is $16-$18/hr depending on experience. Ideally looking for someone with knowledge of boats, fishing, and the local waterways but willing to train. This is a very active job. Must be able to lift 35+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time in various temperatures. A big portion of this job is physical activity setting up the boat rentals as well as checking customers out in the bait shop, managing the parking lot, checking in guests to the motel, and assisting customers with setting up boats for rentals as they leave and return.
