As Shore Excursions Manager, you will be working alongside amulticultural, world-class team. You will be responsible forsupporting Azamara Club Cruises’ mission of sustaining an upmarketcruise experience with a destination-driven brand image. Inaddition, you will have the opportunity to travel the world whileworking for a top global employer of choice. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Directs, coaches, supports, supervises and evaluates (inconjunction with the Hotel Director), the job performance of theShore Excursions Staff
• Responsible for the operation of the shipboard Shore Excursionprogram including sales, port operations, quality control andadministrative functions
• Maintains shipboard shore excursion video. Rewrites scripts whennecessary. Works with Video Programmers/Broadcast Manager to shootfootage as needed. Also promotes Shore Excursions through allonboard advertising methods
• Meets with Tour Operators in the ports. Reviews quality issues,future operations and previous cruise comments. Reconciles tourtickets with operators for payment by Financial Controller or viaCorporate office as stipulated in SQM policies
• Manages the financial budget for the assigned area, including thesuccessful identification of expense reduction through costcontrol
• Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to his/herstaff to strengthen their current performance and preparation forfuture advancement
• Monitors and manages the various assigned workstation functions.
