SEEKING QUALIFIED MARITIME CAPTAINS!

Encounters With Dolphins operates 2 excursion pontoon boats out of Clearwater Marina daily. Seeking fun loving, experienced and detail-oriented Captains. Candidates should have a general knowledge of Clearwater Harbor and the surrounding Islands, a strong focus on safety and ongoing crew training, and the ability to lead and inspire the crew members to deliver excellent service to passengers. Candidates must have multi-screw experience. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Please note:

this is a safety-sensitive position, and all candidates are subject to pre-employment drug-screening and random drug and alcohol screening through APCA Drug Consortium. Must be willing to work Sunday as well as 2 week days. Ideal candidates for a Captain position at Encounters With Dolphins should have the following licenses: Master’s License (any Tonnage) Marine Radio Operator Permit (preferred but not required) CPR / First Aid Certificate.
