The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent navigation skills, and a thorough understanding of maritime regulations. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for the guest, ensuring the safety of passengers, and maintaining the vessel in optimal condition. Duties Navigate and operate the vessel safely in various water conditions. Give history and/or adventure tour to guests. Conduct inspections of the boat’s equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning. Maintain compliance with all maritime laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding safety procedures and trip itineraries. Oversee rigging operations for tour activities as needed.
