Full & Part Time Openings We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BoatCaptain to oversee the safe operation of our launch vessels. The idealcandidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanicalknowledge, customer service qualities and the capacity to multitaskeffectively. This role is essential for ensuring the safety ofpassengers while navigating various water conditions. ResponsibilitiesOperate and navigate boats safely in compliance with maritime laws, drugtesting and USCG regulations. Manage tasks and ensuring efficientoperations during voyages. Conduct regular inspections of the vessel’sequipment and systems to ensure proper functioning. Prepare boats fordeparture, ensuring all safety equipment is in place and operational.

Maintain communication with dockhands and regarding navigation, weatherconditions, and any emergencies that may arise. Perform USCG safety andsecurity training along with required radio checks along with followingall operational procedures. Respond promptly to customers demonstratingstrong decision-making skills and customer service. QualificationsProven experience as a USCG Licensed Boat Captain or in a similar rolewithin the maritime industry. Strong mechanical knowledge related toboat operations and maintenance. Ability to manage a team effectively,fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey informationclearly. Valid captain’s license as required by local regulations.

Familiarity with navigation tools and equipment is preferred. Acommitment to safety standards and practices on the water.
