REQUIRED

EXTENSIVE BOATING EXPERIENCE

– personal or professional (You must have this to qualify for this position. This is a prerequisite for obtaining a U.S. Coast Guard-certified Captain’s License. On-the-job training alone cannot reasonably satisfy the requirements if starting from little to no experience.)

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

• At least 23 years old (to satisfy insurance restrictions) and physically fit
• Clean criminal record for federal background check to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
• Ability to work at heights, if needed
• Ability to travel daily with frequent overnight travel
• Live in/near Lancaster County, PA (or be willing to relocate)

PREFERRED

• Heavy equipment operating experience
• Mechanical ability, preferably with knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining heavy equipment
• Rigging/climbing ability
• Applicable physical fitness, dexterity, depth-perception and eye-hand coordination
• Trailer towing experience (We will assist you in earning your CDL)
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with clients
• Ability to execute daily work orders safely and efficiently
