In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and providing exceptional customer service during the moving process. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills and be comfortable with heavy lifting, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered on time. Duties Operate box trucks and other vehicles to transport items to various locations. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Perform heavy lifting tasks, ensuring the safe handling of items throughout the move. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicles. Assist in inventory management by tracking items loaded and unloaded during each move. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a courier, warehouse, or moving environment preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is advantageous.
