Job Description
- Drive a semi-heavy truck-trailer
- Able to load and unload different kinds of equipment (forklifts, tractors, lights vehicles, Agro-machines
- Inspect truck-trailer before delivery to ensure trailer is properly loaded and ready for arrival to every location
- Move forklifts from farm to farm, ensure fuel and refuel if necessary
- average distance of 50 miles between locations and average 250 miles per day
- Check forklifts’ schedule daily to ensure forklifts are in the right place, at the right times, and the right way
- Typically work is within the state, on special occasions out of state may be necessary
- Requirements
- Valid CDL and medical card
- 3 years CDL-A experience with at least 6 month’s flatbed experience
- No more than 3 moving violations or at-fault accidens combined in the past 2 years
- No DUI in the past 10 years
- Must be at least 25 years of ageMechanical knowledge is a plus.
