Key Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets company policy.
Maintain an approved DOT Medical Card.
Excellent driving skills with a strong safety record.
Familiarity with mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) and proper securement techniques.
Ability to assist residents with entering/exiting vehicles in a safe and respectful manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to follow scheduled routes and adapt to changing appointments or emergencies.
Responsibilities:
