Penske Elite Driver Program

• Earn$2550 weekly
• Includes $350 per diem
• Travel required, up to 100percent
• One week of home time per month
• Hazmat and/or doublesendorsement(s) required, with experience What you will do:

Qualifications:

• CDL Class A required
• Hazmat and/ordoubles endorsement(s) required/ experience with endorsement(s)needed. Hazmat, doubles/triples experience highly preferred.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOTmedical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailerexperience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documentedtractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVRrecord with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Abilityto travel up to 3 weeks at a time, monthly
• Must be willing andable to drive in snow/winter conditions
• Must meet all internalElite Driver requirements (if applicable)
• Recommendation fromoperations and HR approval to transfer (if applicable) are required
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agencyrules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, fullattendance is an essential function of the job
• Work the requiredschedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penskeemployment application, submit to a background investigation (toinclude past employment, education, and criminal history) and drugscreening required.
• This position is regulated by the Departmentof Transportation or designated as safety-sensitive by the company,and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in asafe manner is required.

• The associate must be able tolegally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequentlyenter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
