Field-based position About Westside Recovery Westside is a rapidly expanding repossession firm with four thriving locations and over 40 years of combined industry knowledge and experience. We utilize industry-leading technology, top-of-the-line recovery trucks, and advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Vehicle Recovery Agents to join our field operations team. Using our state-of-the-art LPR-equipped recovery wreckers and specialized software, you’ll locate, secure, and recover vehicles scheduled for repossession. This role involves close coordination with our spotter teams and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Operate LPR-equipped recovery wreckers to locate vehicles up for repossession Coordinate with spotter/LPR camera car teams for timely vehicle recovery Investigate and track known locations of vehicles scheduled for repossession Secure and tow vehicles to our secured storage facility Complete timely and accurate authority notifications and corporate documentation Maintain frequent communication with agents, internal office staff, and spotter teams Follow established procedures and protocols for successful recoveries Work with accounts provided by our skip trace team

Requirements Essential Qualifications:

Minimum age 25 years Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (clean MVR required) Must pass comprehensive background check DOT card required (or ability to obtain one) Basic computer skills and technical proficiency Working mobile device with reliable service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to join corporate messenger group for team communication

Preferred Experience:

Collections, Recovery, or Wrecker towing experience (priority hiring) Previous repossession or automotive recovery experience

Schedule Requirements:
