Company drivers can choose from regional, weekly or biweekly home time package. Get the miles you want and the hometime you deserve! $80,000-$100,000+ per year in their first year. Our strong customer base across the country allows us to keep trucks moving and also get them back home with very little, if any, down time between loads. Flatbed, Specialized and Conastoga freight is still moving! Dedicated Customers and some dedicated lanes PC Miler Practical Miles Excellent Equipment Serviced Weekly Late Model 579 Peterbilts or KW T680, Manual or Automatic Conestoga, Flatbed, Stepdeck, RGN Health Insurance 75% paid after 60 days Retirement Plan 3% match + Company HSA contribution of $750 annually Paid Vacation and Holidays .60+ cpm up to .05 CPM Fuel / Safety Bonus Quarterly Regional Position Additional .05 CPM $25 for extra stops $20-$75 for tarping $0.10 per mile extra for over dimensional loads $25 bonus for DOT inspections resulting in no violations $3000 new driver recruiting bonus (unlimited) Transportation Provided to our Terminal Eligible Over The Road drivers must have 1 year of Over The Road experience with a good driving record.
