Job Description
- The Jackson County Commissionwill accept applications for aDriver Iwith theSolid Waste Departmentfrom
- June 18 – July 2, 2025
- between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Drives truck and picks up household garbage on assigned routes, operates and performs routine maintenance on truck, and provides exceptional customer service. The driver will be responsible for following all safety guidelines and must possess a minimum of a Class B CDL.Starting Pay – $15.48 – $16.92/hour based on experienceBenefits provided: State Retirement, BCBS Health and Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick LeavePlease apply in the Personnel Department at the Jackson County Courthouse.
