REQUIREMENTS
β Valid CDL-A with required endorsements β 1 year
OTR CDL-A
experience, including 6+ months Flatbed OTR β Clean driving record (no major violations or accidents) β No SAP program participation β Skilled in securing loads with straps, chains, and tarps β No DUIs or criminal charges β OTR readiness: Willing to drive 3-4 weeks on the road. β Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport freight on time.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery and service records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
