The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to upsell products during deliveries. If you enjoy driving and interacting with customers, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Deliver products to designated locations on a scheduled route. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently. Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload products. Upsell additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met. Qualifications Proven experience in route driving or delivery services is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for product delivery. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently. Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling products during customer interactions. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
