No northeast and you are home weekly. Drivers average 2100-2700MPW with weekly pay of $1140
- 1650+/WK depending on how hard you drive. Base pay is .53 with bonus pay of .03
- 09CPM base on how many miles you run. Drivers who average 2600MPW will earn $.09CPM. Health care, PTO, 401K with matching, life insurance
- all benefits start after 60 days and is top shelf.
Drivers are home weekly for minimum of 34 hours. There is no guarantee of it being on the weekend. Drivers can have pet and rider from day one. This is all not touch dry van freight with most freight pre-loaded and equal parts live unload and drop and hook. This has one of the lowest turnover rates in the trucking industry. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly this is the best way to go. Miles are available for those who want to run. Anyone can promise .70CPM but if you run 1000 miles in a week were does that get you especially if you are a 1099 driver?
CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST EVER IN YOUR CAREER REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED SAP PROGRAM.
Requirements:
Must have one full year of Class A driving experience in the last three years
- must be OTR or regional can not count local. No DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last five years
- no exceptions May not have more than two Non-DOT recordable accidents in the last three years No more than two moving violations (warnings count as moving violation convictions) in the last three years.
If only one moving violation will be considered unless reckless, 20+, following too closely or if involved with a DOT Recordable Accident. Can never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test No more than two driving jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last three years
- no exceptions.
