The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting residents safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation, safety protocols, and the ability to handle various tasks related to loading and unloading residents. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload residents using appropriate equipment. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. Deliver residents to designated locations in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist with other duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and schedules. Skills Previous experience as a driver or courier is a plus. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and management. Knowledge of driving regulations and safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
