Qualifications:
  • CDL Class A required
  • Currently hold, orability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical cardrequired
  • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in thelast 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailerexperience in the last 5 years
  • 3 years DMV/MVR record with two orfewer moving violations or accidents
  • Follow all federal and/orstate laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards andguidelines
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essentialfunction of the job
  • In order to be compliant with federal law (49C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English languageproficiency.
  • Work the required schedule, work at the specificlocation required, complete Penske employment application, submitto a background investigation (to include past employment,education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
  • Thisposition is regulated by the Department of Transportation ordesignated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability towork in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner isrequired.

  • The associate must be able to legally operatea motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle aswell as the rear cargo area.
