Scoop Soldiers Pet Waste Removal Service is hiring full-time team members for established routes! We provide professional dog waste removal services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their yards stay clean and enjoyable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive a company truck to service locations (no personal gas or toll costs!). Enter clients’ yards, pick up all pet waste, bag it, and haul it away. Secure gates properly before leaving each property. Work independently during daylight hours, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required). Engage in boots-on-the-ground marketing and growth efforts to help expand our customer base. This may include distributing promotional materials, speaking with potential clients, and building brand awareness in your service areas.

What We’re Looking For:

Dog Lovers

• If you love being around dogs, this is the job for you. Spotless Driving Record
• We drive a lot, so safety is key. Reliable & Hardworking
• Early risers preferred (start time: 7 AM most of the year). Physically Capable
• Must lift up to 40 lbs and navigate different yard surfaces (grass, gravel, patios, playgrounds, etc.). All-Weather Worker
• Rain or shine, we scoop as long as it’s safe. Detail-Oriented
• We never leave a pile behind. Outgoing & Customer-Focused
• Comfortable engaging with potential customers to promote our services.
